Pathway Homes, a branch of Associated Wellbeing, is a care-focused organisation committed to delivering high-quality, person-centred services for young people. Alongside a range of established services, Pathway Homes provides supported accommodation designed to promote independence, resilience, and life skills in young people aged 16+.
Our Mission
At Pathway Homes, our mission is to empower young people aged 16+ to thrive in safe, structured, and supportive environments. We believe that every young person deserves a chance to succeed regardless of their background, and we are dedicated to helping them achieve their potential through tailored care, therapeutic input, and a strong community ethos. We aim to support each young person on their journey to independence with dignity, respect, and purpose.

We offer a wide range of high-spec supported accommodation for young people aged 16+, which includes:

All placements include utility bills and cover the Leaving Care Allowance.
